The highlights were: Running Meetings: Each meeting will have a facilitator, co-facilitator, notekeeper and timekeeper. All are voluntary positions and volunteers are asked to sign-up in advance for the next meeting. Facilitators must have attended the previous meeting to keep continuity. The Agenda: an email will be sent to the listserve with preliminary items and to solicit additional items. Any new agenda items should be received by the facilitator at least 48 hours prior to the meeting. A proposal was introduced to form a Coordinating Committee to be discussed and determined at the next meeting. To be decided: do we want a coordinating committee; if so, which of three proposed models do we want; and which election model for committee members do we want. Text of this proposal is also archived by listserve. Questions and comments can be addressed to Marcia Mullins. " Endorsement - We voted to endorse a forum with Middle East expert Stephen Zunes by Rainier Valley Unitarian Univeralist on Nov. 24 in the eve. Nan is putting the details of these events on the SNOW website and will try to bring leaflets to the next meeting. " Educational Materials - a flyer still in the works to be presented at next meeting. PROJECTS DEC 8th Ceremony of Commitment - " A lot of discussion on this and working groups were formed: logistics of place, Program (Mike and Fred coordinating) and Outreach (Ruth and Cindy C. coordinating). The Program working group sent it's report on a plan for the event to the listserve. " It will be Dec. 8th at Garfield High Gym from 1-4:30 C.D. support for the SNOW 12 " Marcia Mullins rallied support for attending the arraignment on Nov. 7th and requested that we help the group with financial support. They will have various costs related to the trial, possible lost work and could receive fines of up to $5000.00 each. The funds will be administered by the 12 as they will know what their needs are. " Send checks payable to and mail to Marcia Mullins, 2600 E Helen St., Seattle WA 98112, please note in memo for SNOW 12. Call Marcia 206-322-8846 to make other arrangements for financial support. " Other ways to support the group are to get the word out to create a community for ongoing support and possible action as they go through the trial process. We need to maximize the potential for press coverage of their arrests and trial to build awareness and support for NoWar sentiment and action. " The 12 SNOW members were arrested in an action in the Cantwell/Murray offices last month.   NEEDS " A request for a designer for SNOW letterhead was made.
