Budget
Brenda Collier pointed out the need to have a budget for the December General Meeting. Planning for what to include needs to be started. A brief discussion of personal issues followed.
By-laws Discussion
Brenda presented the revised version of the budget based on last meeting. We continued with the discussion of the changes we had not yet discussed and then reviewed the changes from the last meeting. Brenda will write these up.
Endorsement
Mike asked us to endorse a November 21 presentation by Mr. Rai (one of the founders of the British branch of Voices in the Wilderness and the author of a brand new book called "Regime change: Why the War on Iraq Changed Nothing".
Motioned passed.
Minutes
The minutes from the Oct. 20 General Meeting were approved.
Next General Meetings
Jay will find a location for the general meeting to-morrow (Oct 28). [This has been done, it will be at Rainier Beach Community Center 8825 Rainier Avenue South]. The Coordinating Committee will work on the Agenda by e-mail.
