SNOW Email Lists

Receive bulletins of announcements by SNOW – including announcements of large mobilizations and actions open to all, SNOW events, educational events, and SNOW meetings. This is not a discussion list, and the volume is quite low. Bulletins are usually sent about once a week.

To submit an announcement for this bulletin: send your announcement to announce@snowcoalition.org. (Do not try to send announcements directly to the actual list address – they will not go through.) To be considered for posting, events must be consistent with the SNOW Points of Agreement. SNOW office staff will give preference to events that appeal to broad participation and are sponsored by SNOW affiliates.

To be involved in the SNOW COALITION organizing and decision-making, subscribe to this list. It is a place for discussing organizing, actions, and proposals for and within the SNOW Coalition. It is intended to help SNOW activists do the work of nonviolently building a grassroots movement to carry out the goals in the SNOW Points of Agreement.

Messages on this list should be directly related to SNOW and organizing in the Puget Sound area: proposals or materials for review, requests for help on projects, etc. Extended discussions (unless related to specific action proposals), news/informational forwards, etc. are not appropriate for this list. snow-groups is intended for discussion about and between neighborhood and affinity groups that are part of SNOW. This includes calls to join forces, share useful information and action ideas.
